The 3rd convocation of  the Institute will be held on 2nd May 2009 from 10:00am in Michal John Auditorium, Bistupur, Jamshedpur. The degree recipients for M. Tech. 2006 Batch, MCA 2005 Batch and B. Tech. (Hons) 2004 Batch may apply in the prescribed form available on the institute web site www.nitjsr.ac.in for receiving degree in person. A demand draft of Rs. 1000/- only in favour of Director , N.I.T, Jamshedpur payable at S.B.I., RIT, Jamshedpur (Code – 1882) may be deposited to Dean (Academic Affairs) either by draft or in cash latest by 01.05.2009 (12 Noon).

The candidate will have to attend a rehearsal on 01.05.2009 at 2:00pm which is essential in order to be able to receive the degree in the convocation ceremony.
