N.I.T. Jamshedpur invites sealed quotations from the reputed advertising agencies for the matter to be advertised in national & local news papers on rate contract basis. Interested vendor may submit their offer to Asstt. Registrar, Establishment Section N.I.T. Jamshedpur on or before 15/01/2009 by 5.00 p.m .

Advertisements will be made in some of the leadings news – papers (Nationals and local)
Contents of materials to be published will be given on each occasion separately.

A contract will be made on mutually acceptable terms & condition for a period of one year withEffect from the date of work order. It may be extended for further period depending on the performance. However, the institute reserves the right to terminate the contract without assigning any reason, at any time during contract period.
Payment will be made as per Institute norms.
Preference will be given to INS accredited agency having local office at Jamshedpur.
The quotations will be opened at 3: 00 PM, on the next working day after the last day of submission date, where authorized representative of the agency may be present to see that their quotations have been received and opened.
The selected agency will be given “work order “and in return the agency should submit “acceptance letter” in the meantime, the selected agency has to enter into an agreement with the institute.
In the event of any dispute during the contract period, it shall be discussed with the appropriate authority of the institute to settle the matter. If still differences persist the matter shall be referred to the jurisdiction of Seraikella- Kharsawan court.
